How I Build
I run a fleet of AI agents in the cloud, accessible via Discord from anywhere — an off-grid cabin in the Sierra de Oaxaca or my place in Austin. They write code, review PRs, run CI, manage infrastructure. I'm in the loop on every PR — these aren't autonomous, they're amplifiers. The setup lets one person ship across 5 products in parallel.
Background
Game artist turned producer turned software engineer turned director of development. Somewhere in between I packed spices, worked in construction, and welded aluminium. Every one of those shaped how I think about making things.
